With a built-in chopping/prep board and stylish curved glass hinged lid, the servery unit reliably keeps up to 67 litres of food cold over four 1/3-size GN pans (sold separately). The configuration can be adjusted according to your needs. Perfect for either front or back of house use for self-service or assisted service areas.
