Description

Able to display up to 60 pies at a time, the Buffalo pie cabinet is a fantastic way to add delicious, piping hot pies and pastries to your menu. Using a powerful heating lamp, the cabinet has a rapid heat-up time of just 18 minutes and is complemented by a water pan - allowing you to warm and serve pies, pasties or sausage rolls, whilst preventing them from becoming overly dry.

With easy to use controls, the pie cabinet allows you to quickly monitor and change temperatures to suit the needs of your products. And thanks to the sliding glass doors, you've got fast and easy access to the contents, as well as hygienic protection them from outside contaminants such as insects and bacteria. The stainless steel construction provides excellent durability and is easy to clean too - essential in any busy professional set-up.
